Consent is captured through the patient’s chart in the broader Epic workflow, and Radiant does not require a separate, Radiant-only consent entry. In practice, the necessary consent evidence should already be part of the patient’s Epic record—linked to the treatment plan and other chart documentation—so there’s no additional Radiant-specific form to complete. This keeps consent in one auditable record within the system. Using a separate outside form or relying on a verbal memo alone would create gaps or fragmented documentation, which is not ideal for compliance or traceability.
